At Apex, your withdrawals are only approved if they do not exceed 30% of your accumulated profits on any given day.

A trader who trades 1 contract one day and 20 the next is not managing risk, but playing roulette.
In this sense, the rule is simple: maintain consistency in the size of your positions.

This shows that you are working with a plan, not on impulse. And in trading, those with a trading plan always succeed.

Apex understands that uncontrolled volume is a recipe for failure, even though many want to reach the largest size in a matter of days.
For this reason, at the beginning, you only have the option of using half of the available contracts until you reach the safety threshold.

At Apex, every trade must maintain a maximum risk-to-reward ratio of 5:1.
This is not an arbitrary limit, but a constant reminder that it is never a good business practice to risk too much to gain too little.

Traders who understand this equation are the ones who get paid time and time again.

No one is immune to a losing streak. The important thing is that that streak doesn’t wipe you off the map.

Your open trades cannot exceed a negative drawdown of 30% of your profits.
However, if you double your safety cushion, the limit can go up to 50%.

Prices can fluctuate rapidly during a high-impact event. For that reason, Apex uses a one-direction rule:

• You can be short or long.
• But not both simultaneously.

At Apex Trader Funding, breaking the rules does not go unnoticed: the repercussions can range from temporary limitations on the use of contracts, such as a 50% limit, to restrictions on withdrawals. In the latter case, you will only be able to access the profits earned since your last request.

At Apex Trader Funding, collecting your profits is not just a right; it is the reward for your discipline and consistency. Clear rules are in place to ensure fair and sustainable withdrawals:

• 🔒 Security protection on the first three withdrawals: You are required to maintain a balance equal to the drawdown plus $100. This rule no longer applies after the third withdrawal.
• 💰 Minimum payment: If you meet the safety net conditions, you can request a payment starting at $500.
• 📈 Larger payments: To request more than $500, your balance must exceed the safety net by the amount you request.
• 🔄 Applies to all accounts: These conditions must be met for both new and existing accounts.
• 📆 Real trading activity: Any withdrawal requires a minimum of 8 days of activity, including at least 5 days with profits of $50 or more.
