The Hantec Trader consistency rule aims to ensure that traders maintain stable and sustainable performance over time. This rule stipulates that the best day of profits should not represent more than 45% of the total profits generated. In practical terms, consistency is calculated using the formula: (Best profit day ÷ Total profits) × 100. If the result exceeds the established limit, the trader must continue trading until their performance is balanced within the permitted margin. With this policy, Hantec Trader promotes discipline, proper risk management, and consistency in trading strategies, which are essential values for long-term profitability.

🔒 Profit lock rule
When a profit withdrawal is requested, the maximum loss level is set at the initial balance. The remaining amount serves as a safety cushion. Withdrawing all profits constitutes a violation of the rules in the Instant, Express, and Enhanced systems.
📰 Trading During News Events
In the instant funding program, opening or closing trades 3 minutes before or after high-impact news events is not permitted.
🕒 Inactivity rule
After 30 days of inactivity, all accounts will be deactivated. To prevent this, traders must log in and perform at least one trade to keep their account active.
🤖 Use of Expert Advisors EAs
The instant funding program does not allow the use of expert advisors EAs.
🔄 Copy Trading in Hantec Trader
This is only allowed in individual or personal accounts.

📅 Holding Over the Weekend
The Instant Funding program does not allow positions to remain open over the weekend. This ensures that market risks are kept under control and prevents surprises due to unforeseen changes outside of normal trading hours.
⏱ Trade Duration
Most trades must last longer than 3 minutes. This rule allows for strategic trading and prevents extreme scalping practices that could carry high risks.
⚠️ Excessive Leverage
Over-leveraging, excessive exposure, and one-sided bets are not allowed. This includes using 85% or more of the margin on a single asset or closely related assets, thus avoiding excessive risks in the account.

Regardless of the type of Challenge, you can only have one active account of each size at any given time.

In the Instant Funding program, withdrawals are also made every two weeks, under a regular schedule that encourages financial discipline and risk control. The minimum withdrawal amount in this program is $20.
📉 Minimum Withdrawals
- Enhanced, Express, and Instant Programs: The minimum withdrawal allowed is $20.
- EnhancedX: The minimum withdrawal is equal to 2% of the initial account balance, tailoring payments to account size and preserving long-term capital stability.
🔒 Profit Locking Rule
When requesting a withdrawal, the maximum loss allowed is automatically adjusted to the initial account balance, establishing a safety cushion that protects the base capital.
This mechanism ensures that, even after a withdrawal, the account maintains its integrity and operational stability, promoting responsible risk management.
However, in the Enhanced, Express, and Instant programs, withdrawing all profits ahead of time constitutes a violation of the rules, as it compromises the protective structure designed to maintain sustainable and disciplined financial growth.
