Finotive Funding establishes a set of guidelines designed to ensure a fair, transparent, and sustainable trading environment. Each rule aims to maintain fairness among participants and protect the integrity of the funding program.

The following practices and strategies are strictly prohibited within the program:

• High-Frequency Trading HFT
• Arbitrage
• Straddling
• Latency abuse or price manipulation
• Exploiting delays in data or price feeds

Likewise, hedging between multiple accounts, whether personal or third-party, is not permitted.

Traders must maintain consistency in their strategy; any significant changes when moving from the evaluation account to the funded account will be considered a violation.

Accounts that remain inactive for 30 consecutive days may be closed without refund.
It is recommended to maintain constant activity to preserve the operational status of the account.

Each trade must include a mandatory stop loss, which must be set within 60 seconds of opening the position.

Failure to comply with this rule may result in:

• The automatic application of a replacement stop loss by the system.
• A possible reduction in the profit payout percentage.

This measure seeks to encourage proper risk management and protect the capital of both the trader and the firm.

A profitable day is considered to be one in which, at 23:00 CET, the account balance exceeds that of the previous day by at least 0.5% of the initial capital.

The minimum number of profitable days required varies depending on the type of program:

• Two-Step Challenge: 2 profitable days per phase.
• One-Step Challenge: 3 profitable days.
• Instant Standard: 0 profitable days.
• Instant Lite: 5 profitable days.

Total risk means that the sum of all open trades cannot exceed $5,000.
Risk per instrument means that on a single asset, e.g., EURUSD, you cannot risk more than $2,500 on demo accounts.
