📊 Consistency Rules
Perseverance is a fundamental element at E8 Futures. The company implements the famous 35% rule, which states that the best trading day should not exceed 35% of your total profits.
It is important to clarify that this rule has no effect during the evaluation phase, as it only takes effect once you have been approved and moved on to the funded stage.
📑 E8 Futures Rules
📝 Rules for Evaluation Accounts
Traders must demonstrate discipline and risk management during the evaluation period. To advance to a funded account, it is necessary to reach a profit target of 6% and keep drawdown within a maximum limit of 4%.
Unlike other firms, E8 Futures allows news trading on evaluation accounts, which provides more operational freedom. However, to keep the account active, at least one trade must be made each week; however, there is no minimum number of trading days or daily loss limit.
In addition, copy trading is allowed, provided that positions are not held open over the weekend or overnight.
💻 Rules for Funded Accounts
Once the evaluation has been approved, the conditions change when working on a simulated account with funding.
In this phase, a daily loss limit of 2% and a maximum drawdown of 4% at the end of the day are implemented.
Copy trading is still allowed, although the prohibition on trading on weekends and holding positions overnight remains in place. In addition, trades must be closed 2 minutes before and cannot be reopened until 2 minutes after a high-impact news event.
⏳ Inactivity Rule
At least one trade must be opened each week to keep your account active.
⚙️ General Considerations for E8 Futures
In addition to the evaluation account and financing account rules, there are certain general conditions that every trader should consider. For an E8 Signature account to become financed, an activation fee must be paid and a monthly subscription must be purchased, provided that it was not acquired before September 8, 2025.
E8 also considers the option of refunding the initial payment, provided that three conditions are met: the account is in phase 1, no trades have been made, and no more than 30 days have passed since the purchase was made.
Use of stop loss
Although the company strongly recommends it as a security measure, the use of stop loss is not mandatory. E8, on the other hand, offers the possibility of restarting an active account with a 5% discount, thus avoiding the obligation to cancel and purchase a new one.
💸 E8 Futures Payment Policy
The withdrawal rules at E8 Futures are designed to ensure that traders demonstrate discipline and consistency before they can access their profits. Below, we explain the key points that all traders need to know:
📊 35% daily profit rule
The 35% best day profit rule is applied by E8; this rule determines that no more than 35% of the total profits accumulated in a single trading day can be obtained. This means that traders must maintain a consistent profit line, rather than relying on a single day with high profits.
📅 Minimum days with profits
Traders need to accumulate a minimum of 5 consecutive days with profits, each with a PnL equal to or greater than 0.3%, in order to request a withdrawal.
When a withdrawal is requested, the counter resets to zero and the operation must be repeated before the next withdrawal request.
🔒 Security Zone or Buffer
E8 Futures requires maintaining a security reserve equal to the EOD Trailing Drawdown.
This amount cannot be withdrawn and ensures that the trader always has an operating margin in their account.
📌 Practical example:
In a $100,000 account with an EOD of 4%, the buffer will be $4,000, which will remain locked in the account.
📈 Withdrawal Limits
Withdrawals at E8 Futures are organized progressively, allowing traders to extend their limits as they demonstrate consistency.
| 🏆 Withdrawal | 📊 Allowed Limit |
|---|---|
| 1st Withdrawal | Up to 2.5% of the account balance |
| 2nd Withdrawal | Up to 2.5% of the account balance |
| 3rd Withdrawal | Up to 4.5% of the account balance |
| 4th Withdrawal | Up to 5.5% of the account balance |
| 5th Withdrawal onward | Up to $25,000 per account, with the possibility to upgrade to an E8 Pro Account |
