✅ One-Step Evaluation

During the evaluation stage, traders must complete a minimum of 5 days of profitable trades. This condition ensures that results are not based solely on a single trade, but rather represent sustained performance over time.

✅ Instant Accounts

To make a withdrawal request, you must have a minimum of 7 winning days.
Each winning day must produce at least:

• $75 on $25,000 accounts
• $100 on $50,000 accounts

✅ Instant Pro Accounts

The rules are similar to those for instant accounts. For each withdrawal request, the trader must have a minimum of 7 winning days.
Each winning day must produce at least:

• $75 in $25,000 accounts
• $100 in $50,000 accounts

The following actions are not permitted for traders:

• High-frequency automated scalping HFT: the use of robots or algorithms to execute a large number of trades in a very short period of time.
• Fully automated trading systems: traders must be directly involved in their trades; it is not permitted to leave all the work to software.
• Market manipulation: Placing numerous orders or other fraudulent actions with the aim of artificially modifying the price.
• Micro scalping: This consists of opening and closing trades in very short periods of time with the aim of capturing minimal price movements.

• News trading on funded accounts: Trading based on news events is not permitted on funded accounts.
• Copy Trading: This is only permitted if the account you are copying is your own. It is not possible to use this method between multiple evaluation accounts.
• Reverse Trading: You are not allowed to trade in the opposite direction to other accounts in order to make a profit.

Each account has a “Buffer Zone” security area that sets withdrawal limits:

• $25K → $26,300
• $50K → $52,600
• $100K → $103,600
• $150K → $155,100

🔹 If you request a withdrawal within this area, you are required to withdraw 60% of your profits; the remaining 40% will remain in your account.
🔹 The minimum amount that can be withdrawn is $500.
🔹 If you choose to remove profits below the Buffer Zone, your maximum drawdown will be adjusted to your initial balance plus $100. This will eliminate trailing drawdown and allow you to continue trading with greater stability.

During the first 60 days of trading on AquaFutures, a limit is set on rewards. This measure is intended to help traders gradually adjust to the market and manage risk appropriately.

After you have made 3 successful withdrawals and 60 days have passed, there will no longer be a limit and you will be able to withdraw your profits without restrictions.

🔒 2% Price Limit Rule

AquaFutures does not allow trading within a margin of 2% of the price limit set by the CME.
The price limit is the maximum variation that a futures contract can have in a single session.
➡️ If that limit is reached, the market may pause or stop trading depending on the product and the time of day.
🌊 Wave Stop Rule

In instant accounts, if unrealized losses reach 2% of your equity or balance, your account will be automatically closed.
The Wave Stop works as risk insurance, restricting the maximum open floating losses at any snapshot.

Requirements for Beginner Accounts:

• Request every 7 days.
• You need 5 winning days, and follow the 40% consistency rule and earn a minimum of 6% profit.
• You must also have minimum daily profits according to the table above.
• The minimum withdrawal is $250.

Requirements for Standard Accounts:

• Withdrawal request every 14 days.
• You must comply with the 40% consistency rule and obtain at least 6% profit.
• The minimum withdrawal is $500.

Requirements for Instant Accounts:

• Withdrawal request every 14 days.
• You need 7 days of earnings, with a minimum of $75 or $100 depending on the account size.
• A minimum of 6% profit must be obtained and the 20% consistency rule must be met.
• The minimum withdrawal is $250.

1️⃣ 100% profit sharing

On your first withdrawal, you can take advantage of a very attractive scheme:

• The first $15,000 in profits are entirely yours.
• When that amount is exceeded, a 90/10 profit split is assigned, which means you get 90% of the profits and AquaFutures keeps 10%.

2️⃣ Requirements to be eligible for withdrawal

Frequency of withdrawal requests:

• Beginner accounts→ Every 7 days.
• Standard accounts→ Every 14 days.

⚠️ Important note:
On your first withdrawal, the maximum drawdown will be adjusted to your initial balance plus $100, thus eliminating the trailing drawdown. This gives you greater stability, but it also means that your risk management must be well planned.
