💰 Commissions at Trade The Pool

At Trade The Pool, the commission system for stock transactions is transparent and competitive:

Cost per stock: $0.005 for each share traded.

Minimum commission: $0.75 per transaction, regardless of the number of shares involved.

This means that if you make a small trade, you will always be charged a base fee of $0.75; however, if the trade is larger, the cost will increase according to the number of shares.

📊 Consistency Rules

It is crucial to maintain an appropriate level of consistency in your trades in order to pass the evaluation and sustain your funded account at Trade The Pool. The rules change depending on the trading style and account type:

1️⃣ Day Trade Flex

The most profitable trade of the day cannot exceed 50% of the total profit target.

This ensures that your results are the product of balanced performance throughout the day, rather than a single exceptional trade.

2️⃣ Day Trade Max Evaluation Account

The most profitable trade cannot exceed 30% of the overall profit target.

This strict rule is designed for evaluation accounts and ensures that traders demonstrate consistency before moving on to funded accounts.

3️⃣ Swing Flex

As with Day Trade Flex, the trade with the largest profit cannot exceed 50% of the total target.

This makes it possible to maintain a balanced approach, even in trades that last for several days.

4️⃣ Swing Flex Max

During evaluation, the profit from the best trade cannot exceed 30% of the total profit target.

Once funded, this rule becomes more flexible: the largest position can account for up to 70% of the total target, giving experienced traders greater strategic freedom.

📑 Trade The Pool Rules

At Trade The Pool, the rules are designed to ensure professional trading, focused on risk management, consistency, and discipline. Below are the main rules that every trader should know:

📰 Trading During News Events

There are no restrictions on trading during news events. However, if a stock reports earnings outside of regular trading hours or in the pre-market the following day, it is not permitted to hold open positions overnight. This policy protects traders from sudden movements caused by unexpected financial announcements.

🔄 Copy Trading on Trade The Pool

Copy trading is only allowed between accounts of $50K or less, ensuring that trade replication remains within reasonable and controllable limits, preserving fairness among participants.

📈 Minimum Position Requirements

  • Day Trade Max: minimum 20 positions
  • Flex Day Trade: minimum 10 positions
  • Swing: minimum 5 positions

These requirements ensure that strategies are consistent and do not depend on a small number of trades.

⏱ Trade Duration Rule

There must be a minimum interval of 30 seconds between each buy and sell order. This prevents high-frequency or manipulative strategies that distort the natural flow of the market.

💰 Profit Range

Each profitable trade must generate a minimum of 10 cents per share.
Example: buy at $50.10 and sell at least at $50.20.
This encourages each trade to contribute significantly to overall profitability.

🏁 End-of-Day Rule

In Day Trade programs, all open positions and pending orders must be closed 10 minutes before the market closes. This measure seeks to avoid unexpected losses due to high volatility in the final minutes of the day.

📌 Specific Day Trading Restrictions

  • Suspended symbols: Trading is not permitted on a suspended symbol, even if profits are being reported. It is necessary to wait 1 minute after the suspension is lifted before opening new trades.
  • Instability: It is not possible to open trades on symbols that have experienced an 8% movement in 4 minutes.
  • Minimum Volume Requirement: It is not possible to open trades on symbols that have less than 200,000 shares during regular trading hours or less than 20,000 during extended trading.
  • Inactivity: If there are no trades in 14 days, the inactivity rule will be implemented for all FLEX and MAX funded phases.

📊 Rules for Swing Trading

To hold positions overnight, stocks must meet a minimum average volume of 500,000 shares traded over the last 14 days.
This rule ensures that only instruments with sufficient liquidity are traded, reducing the risk of price slippage and ensuring stable execution when opening or closing positions in the market.

💸 Trade The Pool Payment Policy

At Trade The Pool, the payment structure is designed to offer flexibility and security, allowing traders to access their earnings on a consistent basis without compromising the stability of their account.

🗓 Withdrawal Frequency

Traders can request a withdrawal every two weeks, provided they have reached the minimum profit threshold. This system balances the ability to access funds with the need to maintain responsible and sustained capital management.

📈 Profit Requirements

In order to make a withdrawal, the account must have accumulated at least $300 in profits.
In the case of Flex programs “Swing Flex” and “Day Trade Flex”, the following is also required:

  • A 0.5% daily profit,
  • For three consecutive days.

These conditions encourage consistency, discipline, and sustained performance, ensuring that payments reflect the trader’s actual and continuous performance within the program.
