📊 Consistency Rules
At Funding Traders, we also care about the consistency of your results, not just how much you earn, but how you earn it.
If you trade a Next Gen account, your best day’s earnings cannot represent more than 25% of your total earnings at the time of requesting a withdrawal. This shows that your profitability was consistent and not the result of a single trade or exceptional day.
For Instant Funding accounts, the requirement is slightly higher: your best day must not exceed 15% of your total earnings if you wish to receive a payment. In other words, the more balanced your performance, the more solid your progress within the program will be.

Funding Traders has a set of clear, easy-to-understand rules. It’s not about complicating things, but about maintaining clean, consistent, and fair operations. Everything is designed so that traders can grow in an orderly manner and without surprises.
Rules for Trading on News
📌 Next Gen Accounts
In Next Gen accounts, during the evaluation phase, you can trade news, but there is a limit: if more than 50% of your profits come from these trades, your account may be reduced or you will have to repeat the challenge. The only exception is when you opened the trade at least five hours before the news and closed it within the restricted period; in that case, it is not considered a news trade.
Once you move on to the funded phase, news trading is completely off the table.
📌 Pro Accounts
With Pro accounts, the story is a little different. During the evaluation phase, you can trade news without any problems, but when you reach the funded stage, you cannot open or close trades within two minutes before or after a high-impact news event. In addition, only 30% of your profits can come from trades made during these events.
📌 Instant Funded Accounts
And if you have an Instant Funded account, news trading is completely prohibited. You cannot open, close, or hold positions during the five minutes before or five minutes after a high-impact event affecting the currency involved. In the case of speeches, trading is also not allowed from five minutes before until five minutes after they end.
🤝 Copy Trading
If you trade with multiple accounts, Funding Traders allows you to use copy trading software without restrictions. You can copy your own trades between accounts within the same program or even do so locally with other companies or brokers. It is a useful tool for maintaining the same strategy in different environments.
🤖 Expert Advisors EAs
The use of EAs is permitted, but common sense should be exercised. They can be used to manage risk or trades, as long as they are not automated strategies that exploit the system or generate suspicious activity.
⏱️ Trade Duration
Each trade must last at least two minutes. This is a simple measure to prevent high-frequency strategies or extreme scalping. If you do not respect this minimum time, your account may be deactivated.
💤 Inactivity rule
If you leave your account inactive for 30 days, both in evaluation and funding, it will be permanently deactivated. So, even if you trade infrequently, it is best to always keep some activity going.
🚫 Prohibited Strategies
Funding Traders seeks consistency, not uncontrolled risk. Therefore, the following are not allowed:
- Grid trading or strategies based on multiple simultaneous orders at different prices.
- Over-leveraging.
- Trading in a single direction without risk management.
📊 Risk Management
For accounts with instant funding, the maximum size per trade is 20 lots, and the risk cannot exceed 1%.
For Pro funded accounts, this limit is slightly higher: the maximum risk allowed is 1.5% per trade.
💸 Payments and Profit Distribution
Funding Traders makes payments every two weeks. Distribution depends on the account type:
- With Instant Funded accounts, traders receive 90% of profits.
- With Pro and Next Gen accounts, they receive 80%.
