FTMO rewards consistency and performance with a well-structured and transparent payment system. Traders who maintain solid results can access a scaling program that progressively expands their opportunities and improves their profits.

To access the growth plan, traders must complete at least one four-month cycle, maintain a net profit of 10% or more, and have received at least two payments during that period. In addition, the account balance must be positive at the time of requesting the increase.
Once these requirements are met, FTMO raises the profit split to 90%, allowing the trader to keep a larger portion of their profits. The maximum growth limit can reach $2 million, with continuous increases each time the established criteria are met.
