📊 Consistency Rules

Consistency rules are essential to ensure that traders maintain appropriate risk management and avoid relying on a single day with excessive profits.

Standard Accounts
No single trading day can account for more than 40% of total profits. This rule applies to funded accounts and accounts in the evaluation stage.
Guardian Accounts
No single trading day may account for 30% or more of total profits. This rule applies only during the funded phase.
Instant Accounts
It is impossible for a single trading day to account for more than 20% of total profits.

📑 Blue Guardian Futures Rules

⏳ Inactivity Rule

At Blue Guardian Futures, all accounts that receive funding are automatically deactivated if there is no activity for 7 days. In the evaluation phase, on the other hand, the limit is extended to 30 days. To keep the account active, it is only necessary to carry out at least one trade during that time.

⚖️ Risk Management

One of the fundamental pillars of the company is risk management. It is advisable not to use excessive leverage, particularly when trading micro contracts. Likewise, you cannot open excessively large positions or increase lots without an established trading plan, as trading “on hope” is not considered a legitimate strategy. The company also requires that the risk-to-reward ratio be no more than 5:1, thereby promoting more sustainable and responsible management.

📰 Trading during News Releases

On funded accounts, trading is prohibited within 2 minutes before and after the release of high-impact news. The purpose of this measure is to protect both the trader and the company from sudden fluctuations and unfavorable executions that often occur during these events.

📉 Price Limits

It is strictly prohibited to trade any product that is within a 2% margin of the price limit defined by the CME. These limits are instruments that have been created to contain extreme volatility in futures contracts and, therefore, trading close to these levels involves too high a risk that is not permitted.

📊 Contract Alteration

Traders who attempt to manipulate the system by opening positions with high contract sizes at the beginning of their account, and then decreasing them with the intention of simulating consistency, will be immediately disqualified. It is also considered invalid to reduce the size of contracts despite the growth of the account.

🛑 Trading without Stop Loss

Trading without stop loss is not permitted. Relying on the Trailing Threshold to automatically close a position is considered an attempt to “burn the account” and deliberate mismanagement of risk. This practice is strictly prohibited.

📌 Order Placement

Finally, placing multiple limit orders at the same price level for the purpose of manipulating executions is prohibited. This behavior may result in immediate penalties or account disqualification and is an attack on market transparency.

💸 Blue Guardian Futures Payment Policy

Blue Guardian Futures, seeking to encourage traders from their first profitable trades, offers one of the most attractive payment structures in the field of funded accounts.

In this program, if a trader generates $15,000 in profits, those profits are entirely theirs. In other words, no commissions are deducted, and they do not have to share their earnings within that range with the company. Beyond that limit, a 90/10 distribution plan is established, in which the trader keeps 90% of the profits and the company only 10%, thus ensuring a fair and highly competitive relationship in the industry.

📌 Withdrawal Requirements

The possibility of requesting payments is determined by the type of account:

  • Standard accounts: traders have the possibility of withdrawing money after 7 days of activity, provided they have achieved at least 5 profitable days and a minimum profit of $100, $200, or $300, depending on the size of the account.
  • Guardian accounts: To enable withdrawal requests, you need a minimum of 14 days and at least 5 profitable days.
  • Instant accounts: In this case, a 14-day waiting period is required, but at least 8 of those days must be profitable.

📊 Withdrawal targets

Traders must reach certain profitability levels before they can request a withdrawal, in addition to meeting the number of profitable days. These targets are reset with each request and gradually decrease to give traders more flexibility:

  • First withdrawal: achieve a 7% profit on the initial balance.
  • Second withdrawal: achieve a 4% return on the initial balance.
  • Third withdrawal onwards: achieve a 3% profit on the initial balance.

This progressive structure seeks to promote sustainable growth, avoiding the pressure of reaching overly high targets and enabling the trader to focus on long-term consistency.
