📊 Consistency Rules

📊 Consistency Score

At Audacity Capital, traders must maintain a consistency score above 70 to trade without restrictions. If the score is between 50 and 70, the risk team will manually evaluate the account to decide whether the trader can continue trading until they exceed 70 points or whether they can be approved directly.

🔢 Formula for calculating the Consistency Score

This metric ensures that profits do not depend on a single exceptional day, encouraging consistent and stable performance over time.

📑 Audacity Capital Rules

📊 Consistency Score Rule

At Audacity Capital, traders must maintain a consistency score above 70 to be considered consistent. If the score is between 50 and 70, the risk team will evaluate the account to determine whether the trader can continue trading until the required score is achieved.
When the score is below 50, it will be necessary to continue trading until it is exceeded.
Even traders who have reached the profit target but do not meet the consistency score must continue trading until they achieve the minimum score, ensuring consistent and disciplined performance throughout the program.

🔹 Consistency Rule

At Audacity Capital, in order to comply with the minimum trading days for each program, traders must demonstrate consistency in the duration of trades and lot sizes. For example, if a position of 15 lots is opened on one day and trades of 0.1 lots are opened on the following six days, this will prevent the Ability Challenge from being passed, as it reflects inconsistency in trade management.

💱 Tradable Pairs at Audacity Capital

Traders can trade both major and minor pairs, but exotic pairs are not allowed.
Trading any pair that is not included in the official list of allowed pairs constitutes a violation of the rules, ensuring that all trades are conducted within the parameters set by the firm.

⏱ Inactivity Rule

At Audacity Capital, if a trader does not open any trades on a funded account for one consecutive month, the account will be closed due to inactivity, ensuring that allocated funds are actively used and encouraging constant participation.

💸 Dollar-Cost Averaging DCA Strategy

The use of DCA, a practice in which traders increase additional positions when a trade develops negatively, is strictly prohibited, as it significantly increases the risk of accumulated losses.

❌ Martingala

The Martingale strategy, which involves increasing the lot size after each loss in the expectation that a successful trade will offset previous losses, is not permitted at Audacity Capital. This type of approach is considered too risky and contrary to responsible capital management.

📰 Trading during News Events

Traders in the program cannot hold open positions during relevant economic events, such as:

  • Non-Farm Payroll
  • Interest rate decisions
  • Central bank interventions

Trading can resume 30 minutes after the event is published, ensuring safety from the high volatility that these events generate.

💸 E8 Markets Payment Policy

🔹 Ability Challenge

The first withdrawal can be requested 30 days after the first trade on your Ability Live account. Subsequent payments will be made every two weeks.
If, at the time of the first withdrawal, a 10% profit is exceeded, profit sharing begins at 75% for the trader and can rise to 85%, rewarding consistent and successful performance.

🔹 Funded Trader Program

Upon reaching a 10% profit, the trader has the option to request a withdrawal.

  • If the target is achieved in 30 days or more, the profit share is 50%.
  • If the target is achieved in less than 30 days, the share increases to 60%, incentivizing efficiency and rapid performance within the program.
